Shipping and Delivery

ERSO ships its products throughout Canada and the United States. Our products are also regularly exported to many other countries including Europe, Asia and Africa.

All ERSO products are visually checked and properly tested before shipping. Items are packaged carefully and double-checked.

Shipping throughout Canada and the U.S.

ERSO will utilize the shipping method we determine to be the best. For most orders, this will either be UPS Ground, Expedited Parcel of Canada-USA and FedEx.

International Orders

We ship worldwide and can use the shipping method of your choice.

Shipping and handling (S&H) depends on your location, type of delivery and weight of the products.

Our Regulations and Restrictions

  • - Orders will generally be shipped once or twice per week
  • - ERSO cannot deliver its products to PO Boxes
  • - Actual purchase price will be listed on the customs form; merchandise cannot be marked as a gift,
      it is illegal to do so
  • - The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes and other fees required by his Country
  • - Any estimation of delivery time is based solely on direct statements from the carrier
  • - Financial liability for shipping damage or loss lies solely with the shipping company
  • - The cost of Shipping and Handling are not refundable
  • - ERSO will not cover return shipping for any reason on international shipments
  • - All items must be in one order
